**Coronavirus Update **
Click here for current information about Lifetime Legal and government services including Scottish Courts, Office of the Public Guardian and Registrars during the Coronavirus Crisis
Following the latest Government advice, our office is now closed and not open to the public. Our solicitors and paralegals are working remotely from home and will be contactable by email only during their normal working hours. Email addresses for solicitors and paralegals are available on our website and in our Terms of Business. If you would like a member of our team to contact you by telephone, please contact the fee earner dealing with your case by email. Please specify in your email the telephone number you would like us to call you on. Please note that the phone number we will be calling you from will be withheld, so please take the call. Do not leave a message on any direct dial number voicemail as these are not being accessed.
If you would like to make payment of a fee, please contact our Legal Cashier, Sean Webster at swebster@stevenson-marshall.co.uk.
We will do our very best to ensure that business can continue as normal as possible however due to the very challenging climate we currently find ourselves in, we may not be able to respond to you and action your instructions as quickly as we normally do.
Only essential business is being dealt with by the Scottish Court Service. Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy Sheriff and Justice of the Peace courts are closed. Further guidance in this connection can be obtained from www.scotscourts.gov.uk. Clients with on-going court actions will be contacted directly. Contingency plans are in place and court rules will otherwise continue to be adhered to. Other services which we require to utilise in the course of our business are also operating at a restricted service level, if at all, and this will have a bearing on the progress which can be made at this time.
If there are any changes to how we are operating, we will inform you of these changes here and on our Facebook page.
All of the team at Stevenson and Marshall would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, especially those within our local community, who are assisting with the response to Covid-19 on a daily basis.
