Coronavirus Update

Tuesday, 17 March 2020

Stevenson & Marshall LLP are continuing to monitor all relevant government public health advice to ensure we can do as much as we can to protect the health of our staff, their families and our clients.

We have implemented the following procedures to minimize the risk of infection:-

  • Our staff are kept aware of all recommended hygiene practices.
  • Our staff also know what to do in accordance with the government guidelines should they show signs of the coronavirus-related illness.
  • We are ensuring that all door handles, handrails etc are disinfected regularly.
  • We are also working with our cleaning providers to ensure that both our staff and public areas are cleaned thoroughly.
  • We are recommending a no handshake policy for all staff and visitors.
  • We are minimising the amount of face to face client meetings.

If you are a client, please be assured that we have business continuity procedures in place.  Staff in all our teams have the ability to work from home and can access our systems within a secure IT system if required.  We are confident that our clients will continue to receive the same excellent level of service they would expect from us despite these challenging times.

We will continue to monitor matters closely and will provide with updated details of our procedures where appropriate.
